About Order & Payments & Delivery


1. How to Buy on your website?


Order on our website directly, or send us email let us know what products you need if you can't found on our website, we will keep eyes on what products you need, and find for you do our best.


2. What payments do you accept?


SocoosoHairWig.com accepts PayPal, Payoneer, Wire Transfer, MoneyGram, WU, if you want to pay by other payment, please contact us freely.


3. Can I do payment by check?


We are very sorry, we currently do not accept checks.


4. Can I make order on COD?


We are very sorry, We do not accept COD orders.


5. Can I change or cancel my order?


Yes, you can, but it have to happen before we send ship order out or our factory starting produce your order products. 


6. Where can orders be shipped, do you accept Dropshipping?


We can ship to PayPal confirmed addresses if you use paypal payment, or the address in your account at SocoosoHairWig.com, also you can contact us, send us the delivery address. We accept Dropshipping, you offer address we ship. 


7. How many countries can you ship to?


We can ship to all countries worldwide, our delivery partner are DHL FedEx, EMS, UPS, USPS etc.


8. Can my shipping address be changed?


Yes, you can contact us change the shipping address before we ship your order out.


9. Will I got taxes from customs when I receive my order?

Only sometimes, packages will be spot checks by the customs, may be have to pay taxes or other fees. 



Order Return and Excchanges


1. How to do before make returns?


Please contact us prior to sending your return, we will send to you our return shipping address to you.


2. How long the return period?


We will refund or exchange within 14 days of the date that you receive your order.


Refund and exchanges will be checked and processed within 48 hours of receiving your returned products. Please note exchanges will charge a $12 handling fee.


3. Do I have to pay for the shipping cost of my returns?


If we do not send the wrong product to you, yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs and your order must be shipped back via an insured and trackable shipping method like we shiped as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or misdirected returns, and please contact us to get our return address.


Please indicate on the package shipping bill "Return, No Commercial Value" or there is a customs risk that your package will be returned back to you.


If you will make a exchange or return, please email us with a brief description of why you want to return or exchange your item. Please do not send back the product until you receive a response from us. 


All products must be shipped back in original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or a return/exchange will not be issued.
